The data controller is BYSELVS INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL LTDA, CNPJ 67.819.211/0001-21, which operates the product under the trade name Squadia.

2. Data we process

  • Data you send us: when you contact us by email or phone, we process what you provide (for example, your name, contact details and the content of your message).
  • Technical access data: as with any website, the hosting infrastructure may record your IP address, date and time, pages accessed and browser type, for delivery, security and stability. We also count visits in aggregate, with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify who visits.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to contacts and information requests — carrying out preliminary procedures related to a contract and legitimate interest (art. 7, V and IX).
  • Keeping the website secure and available — legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
  • Complying with legal or regulatory obligations — art. 7, II.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with providers that render services to us (such as hosting and communication), limited to what is necessary, and with authorities when there is a legal obligation.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and any legal obligations; afterwards, it is deleted or anonymized.

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of data, portability, information about sharing, and revocation of consent, where applicable.
